At Hip-Hop World, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

• Original tags and packaging must be attached

• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required

• Items must be returned within the stated timeframe

2. Timeframes

• Exchanges: Available within 7 days of purchase

• Refunds: Offered on full-price items only within 10 days of purchase

After 10 days, only an exchange may be processed.
Sale or discounted items may be exchanged within 7 days but are not eligible for a cash refund.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during the purchase.
If that is not possible, store credit will be provided instead.
Delivery or shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchange Process

Exchanges allow you to swap the purchased item for another size or color of equal value.
If the chosen item costs more, the price difference must be paid.
If it costs less, the difference is issued as store credit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, no refund or exchange is permitted on:

• Final-sale / clearance items

• Underwear or inner layers (if applicable)

• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage

• Items returned without a receipt

6. Faulty or Defective Items

If you believe the item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to our store within the valid return timeframe.
We will inspect the item and offer a refund or exchange if the defect is confirmed.
Damage caused by misuse is not covered.

7. Store Credit

Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and cannot be redeemed for cash.

8. Right to Refuse

Hip-Hop World reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the return does not meet our policy conditions.
